Meredith Wiseman is the founder of Making Menopause Marvellous and brings a unique blend of professional and personal experience to women’s health and wellbeing.
With a background as a gynaecology nurse, midwife and therapist, Meredith combines evidence based menopause education with practical real life support around hormones, HRT, mindset and holistic wellbeing.
Known for her warm, honest and humorous approach, Meredith is passionate about helping women feel informed, empowered and less alone through the often messy, confusing and occasionally “why am I crying at a yoghurt ad?” world of perimenopause and menopause.
She believes women deserve real conversations, practical support and plenty of laughter along the way.
